Responsibilities

• Advocate for patients to resolve balances and discuss payment options.
• Analyze billing denials and payer trends for management reporting.
• Follow up with insurers to obtain timely payments.
• Prepare appeals and route to Appeals Department as needed.
• Coordinate with PHI team and patients in PFS department.
