Job summary

• Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS codes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Submits primary insurance claims to all carriers using electronic claims terminal.
• Reviews accounts pending payment from insurance companies for additional information.
• Validates patient information for accurate billing and future follow-up.
• Applies adjustments and write-offs according to policy.
• Handles incoming calls from patients and insurers with courtesy.
