Responsabilidades

• Bill patients/residents and submit claims electronically or on paper.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable by follow-up with payers.
• Post collections, payments, and adjustments.
• Submit claims via PCC and external billing software.
• Provide face-to-face customer service as needed.
• Maintain filing and documentation per policies.
