• Review enrollment forms and determine patient eligibility per SOPs.
• Communicate eligibility to patients, providers, and pharmacies.
• Assist inbound callers and resolve inquiries; provide guided support.
• Utilize PharmaCord Lynk to process claims and move workflows.
• Offer consultative services to overcome obstacles to paid therapy.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and maintain data privacy and compliance.
