Responsabilités

• Creates patient cost estimates.
• Reviews estimated costs with patients and explains payment policies.
• Assists with insurance forms and authorizations.
• Verifies benefits and obtains authorizations to ensure timely care.
• Posts payments and monitors accounts for delinquencies.
• Resolves billing issues and answers patient questions.
