Providence Health & Services' Physician Management Group is seeking a Patient Authorization and Referral Representative to support referral processing and related clerical duties across PMG offices.

You will communicate with internal and external medical offices and insurance companies to ensure provider referrals are processed timely and accurately, reflecting our mission of patient-centered care.

This role emphasizes teamwork and a commitment to quality patient service.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in the medical field.
• Familiarity with Epic patient management system preferred.

The Patient Authorization and Referral Representative initiates a variety of external and internal referral processing and skilled clerical duties in support of the PMG physician offices. Communicate with internal and external medical offices and insurance companies to ensure provider referral requests are processed timely and accurately. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of Providence Health & Services.

Required Qualifications:
