Legacy Community Health in Houston is seeking a Bilingual Patient Assistance Representative to support clients through the Ryan White Grant programs. You will help individuals access medications and medical coverage while delivering compassionate, patient-centered service.

In this role, you will meet with eligible clients to gather documentation, assist with program enrollment, and coordinate communications to minimize delays in care.

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9AM-4PM) | Scheduled as needed but not to exceed 30 hours/week
