Description: We are seeking a highly organized Patient Appointment Scheduler with a strong commitment to patient care. The Patient Appointment Scheduler is responsible for coordinating patient appointments in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and ensures accurate scheduling based on provider availability and patient needs. The Patient Appointment Scheduler also verifies insurance information, processes referrals, and works collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff to support a smooth patient experience.

The employee is frequently required to walk; sit; use hands for fine manipulation, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms using a keyboard and video display terminal. The work environment is typically quiet to moderate with standard office noise levels. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to sounds such as ringing phones, office equipment, and conversations among colleagues.
