What the Patient and Site Engagement Lead does
The Patient and Site Engagement Manager is a therapy-aligned expert role tasked with defining, embedding and scaling Patient focused planning into Worldwide’s strategic approach to study planning and successful delivery.
This role is focused on generating both indication level and clinical trial-specific insights to ensure potential barriers to study participation are proactively identified and that tailored patient and site support strategies are recommended and incorporated into the solutions that Worldwide develops for our customers.
This role requires close partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure detailed understanding of the patient journey and so that site-specific needs related to patient engagement, recruitment and retention, are effectively communicated and where possible any risks are reduced with appropriate support or mitigating actions clearly defined and articulated.
