Job summary

Southeast Health is seeking a cafeteria food service worker to prepare and portion salads, gelatins and cold foods, following recipes and production sheets for patient diets and regular service.

You will stock and serve in the cafeteria and lounges, maintain presentation standards and cooperate with team during busy shifts on the night schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some training/background in Customer Service.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion salads, gelatins and cold foods according to schedules.
• Interpret production sheet data to determine food requirements for patient diets.
• Follow standardized recipes and weigh/measure ingredients.
• Stock and serve food in the cafeteria, doctors lounge and other serving areas.
