Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Ambassador at Erlanger Women’s East Hospital to warmly welcome patients, assist with meals, and support dietary services. This full-time on-site position offers varied shifts and a competitive $17.00–$18.00 per hour pay range, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities across Sodexo services.

Responsibilities include assisting in menu selection, delivering patient meals, processing orders, and collecting feedback for leadership.

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• No previous work experience required.

What You’ll Do:

As a Patient Ambassador at Sodexo, you are a warm-welcomer and experience ambassador. Your dedication to helping others brings a smile and makes a meaningful impact on others.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection Providing patient meal delivery and patient set-up with direct patient contact
• Receive and process phone orders
• Identifying patients who have not ordered meals with the assistance of the tray tracking system
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information and relay pertinent information to Sodexo leadership
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
