Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Dietetic Clerk in California. The role focuses on improving nutritional health for residents by organizing menus, producing meal tickets and tallies, and handling phone inquiries. Shifts include mornings and afternoons with rotating weekends in a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Organize the patient/resident's menus to ensure accuracy of diet order, timeliness of meal service and smooth food service operations.

• Respond to telephone inquiries, maintains all office equipment and supply inventory for nutrition office.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
