Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Ambassador at ERLANGER BARONESS HOSPITAL in Tennessee. This full-time rotation shift role offers a welcoming environment and the chance to contribute to patient care through menu assistance, meal delivery, and setup with direct patient contact.

You’ll provide warmth as an experience ambassador, support phone orders, and help with tray tracking. No prior work experience is required; teamwork and reliability are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection, meal delivery and patient setup with direct patient contact.
• Receive and process phone orders.
• Identify patients who have not ordered meals with tray tracking assistance.
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information and relay pertinent information to Sodexo leadership.
• Attend work shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.
Employment Type: Full-Time Rotation Shift
Pay Range: $17.00 per hour - $18.00 per hour
