Job summary

SodexoMagic is seeking a Patient Ambassador to warmly welcome patients and act as a care‑focused experience ambassador at ATRIUM HEALTH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH in Charlotte. You’ll help with meal service, patient interactions, and gathering feedback to improve patient experience.

Flexible shifts and a full‑time schedule, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training. Prior health‑care experience not required; teamwork and reliability are valued traits.

• No previous work experience required.
• Must be team‑oriented, adaptable and reliable, with a focus on a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection and delivering meals with direct patient contact.
• Receive and process phone orders.
• Identify patients who have not ordered meals with tray-tracking support.
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information for SodexoMagic leadership.
• Attend shifts on time and with regular attendance.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed by the account and client requirements.

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $20.00 - $20.50

What You’ll Do: As a Patient Ambassador at SodexoMagic, you are a warm-welcomer and experience ambassador. Your dedication to helping others brings a smile and makes a meaningful impact on others.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection Providing patient meal delivery and patient set-up with direct patient contact
• Receive and process phone orders
• Identifying patients who have not ordered meals with the assistance of the tray tracking system
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information and relay pertinent information to SodexoMagic leadership
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
