Job summary

SodexoMagic is seeking a Patient Ambassador at Atrium Health Behavioral Health in Charlotte. You will warmly welcome patients, assist in menu selection, deliver meals, and manage orders with direct patient contact.

You’ll participate in tray tracking to identify missed meals and take meal-round surveys for leadership. We offer flexible, full-time hours, ongoing training and development, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including time off and health

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection.
• Provide patient meal delivery and patient set-up with direct patient contact.
• Receive and process phone orders.
• Identify patients who have not ordered meals with the tray tracking system.
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information and relay pertinent information to SodexoMagic leadership.
• Attend work on schedule and be punctual.
• Other duties may be assigned based on account needs.
