Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Patient Ambassador at HOLY SPIRIT MEDICAL CENTER in Camp Hill. The role focuses on welcoming patients, delivering meals, and serving as an experience ambassador to enhance patient satisfaction.

Open shifts and varied days, with full-time employment and hourly pay between $19 and $20. Successful candidates will be team-oriented, reliable, adaptable, and dedicated to creating a healthy, safe environment.

• No previous work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection and delivering meals with direct patient contact.
• Receive and process phone orders.
• Identifying patients who have not ordered meals with tray tracking system.
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information and relay to Sodexo leadership.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts.

Pay Range: $19 per hour - $20 per hour

Responsibilities include:

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection Providing patient meal delivery and patient set-up with direct patient contact
• Receive and process phone orders
• Identifying patients who have not ordered meals with the assistance of the tray tracking system
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information and relay pertinent information to Sodexo leadership
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
