Responsibilities

• Completes patient registration and admission process.
• Ensures required forms and paperwork are gathered and accurate.
• Performs financial analysis of each case and informs patient of financial responsibility.
• Provides excellent customer service to patients, guests and family members.
• Balances cash drawer daily and prepares deposit log at end of shift.
• Appropriate use of patient trackers.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of insurances.
• Pre-registration of all patient types.
• Appropriate account documentation.
