The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience with patient access workflows, and familiarity with Epic or similar electronic medical record systems.

Formación

• Associate's degree in healthcare or business administration.
• CHAA certification upon hire.
• At least 3 years of patient access or business office experience.
• Experience with insurance eligibility systems.
• Knowledge of Epic applications (1 year).
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing codes.
