Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of admissions experience in a hospital or medical office setting.
• 1 year of registration and customer service experience in healthcare, preferably fast-paced hospital/primary care/urgent care with front office focus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain demographics, insurance information and signatures from patients.
• Receive authorization forms and obtain authorizations.
• Place ID bracelets on patients' wrists.
• Collect payments and discharge patients.
