On-Call/Per-Diem caregivers support the Patient Access department by providing coverage for planned and unplanned absences, helping ensure continuity of operations and exceptional patient service.

Required Qualifications

• 1 year Experience in customer service or healthcare registration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework/Training: Some college level course work preferred particularly Medical Terminology or Medical Assistant coursework.
• Upon hire: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)
• Previous registrar and third party payor experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
