Prairie St. John's, a state-of-the-art behavioral health facility operated by Universal Health Services, seeks a detail-oriented Patient Accounts Specialist to join our Fargo team. You will generate bills for patient stays, follow up on claims, handle denied claims, and set up payment plans.

This is a 40-hour-per-week, on-site role. The role supports patients and families within a multidisciplinary care setting and offers opportunities for collaboration across departments as part of a nationwide

Join the expanding team in our new state of the art 132 bed behavioral health facility!

Prairie St. John's has been providing services for children, adolescents, and adults to address behavioral health and substance use challenges since 1997. Prairie offers inpatient hospitalization, day treatment, and intensive outpatient services. Accredited by The Joint Commission, we are the largest, freestanding behavioral health facility in the region. More than 4,000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Prairie St. John's.

ThePatient Accounts Specialistgenerates bills for patient stays, follows up on submitted claims for reimbursement, works denied claims, and sets up payment plans with patients. The Patient Accounts Specialist will be scheduled 40 hours per week.
