Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work queue within designated time frame.
• Balance receipts, reconcile daily batches and prepare audit trail.
• Review Explanation of Benefit statements for discrepancies.
• Follow up with insurance companies on denials and inquiries.
• Notes actions taken on accounts and verify insurance updates per policy.
