The Patient Account Trainer is responsible for training associates on department-specific processes and procedures, including individual and group training. This role involves developing and updating training materials and assisting with policy development surrounding posting.

You will cultivate strong partnerships with team members and leaders within the department and across revenue management, maintaining customer and patient satisfaction.

This position has the option to work remotely. Equipment pickup, onboarding new associates, and occasional meetings will be conducted at the Havana Building in Centennial, CO; otherwise, the role is 100% remote.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year Healthcare revenue cycle experience required
  • 1 year Healthcare billing systems experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Physical Requirements: Sedentary work (prolonged sitting and exerting up to 10 lbs force occasionally).
