Qualifications

$18.00 - $25.20 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

HSHS St. John's Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Patient Account Representative to join our team in Sherman, Illinois.

We're looking for a patient-focused, organized, and service-minded individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Patient Account Representative plays an important role in the patient experience by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification and prior authorizations, phone calls, and other front-office responsibilities.

The Patient Account Representative will provide excellent customer service while accurately registering patients, scheduling appointments, coordinating insurance authorizations, answering phones, and assisting patients with questions and needs throughout their care.

Position Specifics

• Department: Outpatient
• Core Function: Rehab/Therapy/Sleep
• Schedule: 40 hours weekly, day shift 8am-4:30pm, no weekends
• Clinic Location: Sherman, IL
• Compensation that aligns with your experience

Education Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
