Job summary

Silver Cross Hospital is seeking a Patient Account Representative to review and process insurance claims for reimbursement and perform related follow-up. The role includes handling department calls, teamwork, and general office duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, strong customer service, typing and basic computer skills; familiarity with Meditech/Cerner is preferred. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with shift Mon-Fri days on-site.

• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
