Description

1. Handle inbound calls for all of CBO as needed.
2. Provide patient customer service experience.
3. Take patient payments over the phone.
4. Make outbound calls to collect balances.
5. Conduct thorough account reviews to determine if accounts should be sent to an outside collection agency.
6. Navigate systems, document accounts, and process payments and adjustments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1. Experience interacting with patients over the phone.
2. Experience reviewing patient accounts to follow up on balances.
3. Some exposure to medical billing and insurance claims.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be specific to certain elections, plans, or programs. If eligible, benefits may include:
