What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Record and generate information pertaining to the patient revenue process to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and submit enrollment applications for physicians, physician groups, and hospitals
- Research and resolve billing issues related to provider enrollment
- Monitor and advise physicians on license expirations and maintain documentation of enrollment packets
- Initiate and develop relationships with customers to optimize satisfaction and reimbursement accuracy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in hospital access, physician office, or billing and collections
- High school diploma or equivalent education, with some post-secondary education preferred
- Knowledge of basic grammar and mathematical principles
