Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit itemized statements to various requesters either electronically or by paper.
• Handle patient inquiries and answer questions from patients.
• Identify and resolve patient billing problems.
• Take payments by phone, follow-up on missed payments and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Work with billing to resolve accounts.
• Identify and initiate refunds to patients.
• Call and speak to patients with review findings of their queries.
• Balance patient accounts.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay: Base rate starting at $18.18

Essential Functions
