Job summary

BayCare Health System in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Patient Access Services Rep II to support the Wesley Chapel Outpatient Imaging center. You will handle front desk, scheduling, registration and related tasks, with flexibility to rotate shifts as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience; certifications are not required.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of related healthcare admissions/registration experience.
• Certifications and licensures: None required.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in at least two modalities: Front Desk, Registration, Scheduling, Financial Counseling, Bed Control, Cashier, Insurance, and Document Imaging.
• Flexible and willing to rotate shifts periodically.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Facility: Wesley Chapel Outpatient Imaging

The Patient Access Service (PAS) Representative II:

• May be responsible for any of the following and must be proficient in at least two of these modalities: Front Desk, Registration, Scheduling, Financial Counseling, Bed Control, Cashier, Insurance, and Document Imaging

• Must be flexible and willing to rotate shifts periodically

• Performs other duties as assigned
