Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the patient access department, including managing a team of patient access representatives, ensuring accurate patient records, and promoting a positive patient experience.
Education Associate's Degree Healthcare Administration required or Associate's Degree Related Field of Study required

Licenses and Credentials Experience experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient access and registration 3-5 years required supervisory experience 1-2 years preferred
