Responsibilities

• Register and check in patients for outpatient services, and maintain accurate encounters in the EHR.
• Explain financial responsibilities, collect co-pays and self-pay amounts.
• Coordinate with clinic teams to maintain efficient flow and timely access.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits and coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues.
• Support coverage across clinics as needed.
