Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration across access points and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Scan, index, and manage patient documents within the EHR for registration and billing workflows.
• Explain financial responsibilities to patients and collect payments as appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments to support access and provider workflows.
• Identify and resolve routine registration or insurance discrepancies following established workflows.
• Provide patient-facing support via telephone and other channels, documenting interactions.
