Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital and Clinics is seeking a full-time Patient Access Specialist to join our highly committed and dynamic healthcare team as we provide excellent quality care to patients in our West Union, IA clinic setting.

What's Available:

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week at the West Union, IA clinic.
  • Starting pay of $18.31/hr and up, based on your years of experience.
  • Generous benefit package.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Required 1 year of experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities.
  • Desired 1 year prior healthcare experience and experience working with patient registration and scheduling.
