Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Patient Scheduling Specialist in Ohio to initiate and manage patient scheduling for multiple offices. In this role you will handle new patient intake, review daily schedules, and resolve scheduling issues in collaboration with managers and providers.

Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, as is a valid driver’s license. 1–3 years of scheduling experience is preferred, with proficiency in the EMR system used for scheduling.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • 1 to 3 years related scheduling experience required.

  • Implement directives from the Lead Patient Access Specialist or Director.
  • Participate in special projects and assignments as requested by the Lead Patient Access Specialist.
