Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract-to-hire Customer Service Associate in Bloomington, IN to support patient appointment processing and data updates. You will handle customer service tasks, perform data entry into the patient database, and verify insurance details to ensure accurate records.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience, proficiency with Outlook/Excel/Word, and strong data-entry skills. This onsite position offers a path to permanent employment and comprehensive benefits.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
