Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Patient Access Services Representative III for St. Joseph's North Hospital | Imaging Department in Lutz, FL.

You will manage front desk, registration, scheduling, financial counseling and related tasks, with shift rotations and a commitment to quality service. The role requires a High School diploma and at least 2 years in a related field; strict attention to accuracy and patient care is essential in a fast-paced inpatient/outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Experience: 2 years Related field.
• Proficiency in multiple PAS modalities is expected.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in Front Desk, Registration, Scheduling, Financial Counseling, Bed Control, Cashier, Insurance and Document Imaging.
• Must be flexible and willing to rotate shifts periodically.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Facility: St. Joseph's North Hospital - Imaging Department

The Patient Access Service (PAS) Representative III:

• May be responsible for any of the following and must be proficient in at least three of these modalities: Front Desk, Registration, Scheduling, Financial Counseling, Bed Control, Cashier, Insurance, and Document Imaging
• Must be flexible and willing to rotate shifts periodically
• Performs other duties as assigned
