Location: US: WI: MANITOWOC at our HARBOR TOWN CAMPUS facility.

Shift: Shift 1
Clinic hours, so schedule can be in any range of this time are 6 am – 5:30 pm Mon-Thurs and 6 am – 4:30 pm Friday.
The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) provides an exceptional patient experience by proactively greeting patients and visitors, creating a helpful, positive, welcoming, and friendly environment. They deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Effective communication skills (oral and written), ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.
