• Represents Patient Access professionally at all times.
• Supports department during disasters and variable patient volume.
• Aids in achieving department performance targets.
• Completes required training and adheres to standard processes.
• Maintains 5S cleanliness and efficiency in the workspace.
• Monitors workflow and communicates changes to the team.
• Provides feedback to identify educational or mediation needs.
• Adapts assessments and services to patient needs, ensuring privacy and compliance.
