Job summary

IU Health Primary Care- Daleville, located at 14520 Davis Dr., is seeking a PRN front desk/registration teammate to support patient flow from entry to exit.

Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, verifying insurance eligibility, scanning documents, and updating consent forms, while handling incoming calls and guiding patients as needed. A High School Diploma and basic MS Office skills are required; BLS is preferred, with healthcare experience 1–2 years preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Ability to learn and retain medical coding; ICD-10; CPT coding experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret insurance information; knowledge of clinical practices and medical terminology preferred.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
