Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: previous medical, administrative and customer service experience.
• Preferred: proficient PC skills and knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with courtesy and respect as the customer service liaison to practices.
• Follow UHS policies regarding registration, scheduling, insurance verification and billing.
• Provide patients with a seamless experience across the nephrology practice.
