U.S. Urology Partners is seeking a Lead Patient Access Representative to oversee front desk operations and train the team in urology-specific workflows with emphasis on sensitive patient interactions and compliant scheduling.
The role includes coaching, scheduling, insurance verification, and supporting the Practice Manager by ensuring smooth patient flow and timely care delivery across visits and procedures.
The Lead Patient Access Representative (Lead P A R) performs all standard P AR duties while providing daily training, coaching, and scheduling support to the front-desk team. This role serves as a subject-matter expert in urology-specific workflows, including sensitive patient interactions, procedural scheduling, and insurance requirements, and acts as the first-line escalation point for P ARs before an issue reaches the Practice Manager.

Requires standing, sitting, and extended computer use.
Reports to: Practice Manager. Provides day-to-day training, coaching, and scheduling guidance to Patient Service Representatives.
The Lead Patient Access Representative does not have authority to issue disciplinary action or make final hiring or termination decisions. The Lead Patient Access Representative may participate in candidate interviews and provide input to the Practice Manager, who retains ownership of the hiring decision.
The salary range for this role is $24. 0 0-2 4 . 5 0 per hour.
