Cambridge Health Alliance's PACE program is seeking a Patient Access Representative II to support administrative and clinical duties within the CHA East Cambridge Care Center. This full-time position works with providers and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care for participants.

Qualifications

Position Overview

The Patient Access Representative II plays a vital dual role within the PACE clinic, providing both administrative/clerical support and clinical medical assistant responsibilities. This position works collaboratively with providers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless, high-quality coordinated care for our participants.

This role supports clinic operations by assisting providers, facilitating participant access, and delivering direct clinical services (including phlebotomy) to a diverse geriatric population with complex health needs.

We are currently offering a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000 for newly hired PAR IIs!

Qualifications

Education & Training:

• High school diploma required
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program

Certifications:

• American Heart Association BLS Provider certification

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year as a nursing assistant, or currently enrolled in a nursing program with completion of two clinical rotations
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with the geriatric population

Language:

• Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
