Position Details
  • Hourly Pay Range: $19.89 - $28.84
  • Full-Time, Monday-Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 9 AM - 1 PM
  • Location: Arlington Heights, IL
  • No sign-on bonus
Overview

The Patient Access Representative II is responsible for processing patient registrations, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients during registration with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Enter patient demographic and insurance information accurately into electronic health records.
  • Schedule healthcare appointments, coordinate with clinical departments, and manage follow-ups.
  • Verify insurance coverage and eligibility, collaborating with insurance providers and billing teams.
  • Provide patients with information about registration, scheduling, financial responsibilities, and payment options.
  • Address patient concerns and escalations, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance patient service.
Qualifications
