A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Patient Access Representative I - Scheduling. This role is fully remote, requiring Florida residency, where you will manage patient registrations and appointment scheduling in a call center environment, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
The Patient Access Representative I - Scheduling must obtain all information related to the appointment, including patient demographics, related benefit information, and method of referral, in a call center environment. They must schedule patients based on need and physician protocol. This role is fully remote, but you must reside in Florida.
