General Statement of Job: This position collects and completes data entry of demographic information for the purpose of registering, scheduling, checking in/out patients of the Community Health Centers.
Emergency duty may be required of the incumbent that includes assisting community or hospital-based organizations or the Red Cross. Staff will be directed to perform other emergency duties based on clinical experience, including, but not limited to, responses to threats or disasters, man-made or natural.

High School Diploma or GED required.
One (1) to two (2) years of prior experience in registration in a health care/medical setting preferred.
Certification as Patient Access Associate preferred.
