Job Summary:

Are you someone who thrives on creating positive first impressions and enjoys helping others? As a Patient Access Representative, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes patients and their families, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.

Job Description:

What You’ll Do:

  1. Greet patients and families, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in experience.
  2. Perform financial clearance, registration, and clerical duties associated with direct and scheduled admissions.
  3. Verify insurance benefits, obtain authorizations, and communicate essential information to clinical teams.
  4. Handle payments, including co-pays and deductibles, or refer patients to financial counselors as needed.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure patients are accurately registered and ready for care.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Previous experience in customer service, patient registration, or scheduling (preferred but not required).
  2. Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  3. Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly and accurately enter information.
  4. A commitment to teamwork and providing outstanding patient experiences.

Schedule Requirements: This role may include weekend and holiday rotation. We value flexibility and ensure comprehensive care and support for our team.
