Atlantic Health System is seeking a Patient Access Representative (full-time) in the Patient Access Dept at Morristown Medical Center to work evening shifts, including every other weekend.
The Patient Access Representative (PAR) plays a vital role in the patient and family experience, serving as an initial point of contact within our health system. Responsibilities include securing accurate patient information, interpreting and communicating patient responsibilities, and ensuring accurate patient identification—all crucial for the organization’s financial and operational success. The PAR should greet customers courteously, address them by name, and aim to resolve questions and concerns professionally.
