Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in social services or equivalent education preferred.
  • Valid state of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant licensure preferred.

Patient Access Representative Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associates degree or higher in a behavioral science preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in social services or equivalent education and experience preferred.
  • A valid state of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or higher-level licensure preferred.
  • 1st shift/7 am - 3:30 pm.
