Job summary

Bitterroot Health in Hamilton, Montana, is seeking a Patient Access Representative to be the welcoming face of our clinics. This full-time role focuses on scheduling, registrations, insurance verification, and delivering compassionate service to patients.

You will register patients, manage referrals, process phone calls and at-service payments, and help protect patient privacy while supporting the clinic's financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; medical terminology courses a plus.
• 2+ years in a hospital or physician office preferred.
• Prior experience in scheduling, patient accounts, unit clerk, or MA roles a bonus
• Familiarity with registration and billing processes preferred
