PT Solutions Physical Therapy is hiring a Patient Access Representative to coordinate referrals and schedule across clinics in a remote, nationwide support model. You will ensure accurate scheduling, referrals processing, and adherence to best-practice workflows, contributing to an exceptional patient experience.

The role offers ongoing training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities, with paid time off, sick leave or EIB accrual, and reimbursement for endurance race entry fees.

• Accurately document scheduling activity and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, insurance workflows, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with clinic and regional teams while contributing ideas to improve processes and patient access.

Your Responsibilities as a Patient Access Representative

• Schedule patient appointments across clinics based on provider availability, patient needs, and location.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).

• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling, patient access, or customer service preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.

Schedule

• Full Time: Mon-Fri (schedule varies)
• 100% remote position supporting our Novant partnership in the Charlotte Metro area

Compensation

• Pay Range: $18-$20/hr plus monthly incentive
• (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
